Tangy Maine Lobster

  • 2 cups lobster meat
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste

Place all ingredients, except lobster, in the top part of double boiler. melt over hot water; stir blend well. Cut lobster in small pieces; add to mixture and cook 6 minutes. Serve on toast with lemon wedges.
