Wholesale Agreement

By submitting this application, you authorize Dorr Lobster Co., Inc. to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.

It is agreed and understood that terms of sale shall be Net 7 days from the date of invoice. Upon the expiration of the 7 days interest shall be charged and added to the principal balance at the rate of 1½% per month or any part thereof.
