- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 cups fresh Maine lobster
- 1 cup fresh coleslaw

Melt butter in sauce pan and add diced onion and garlic. Add cooked lobster meat and saute over low heat for 10 minutes. Add favorite condiments to grilled hot dog and top with coleslaw, sauteed lobster and onions.
